I made it by myself. I used Avasva solutions for that.
The best thing I've found on the net was plans from Avasva .
re the best instruction is on InpliX website.
I think you can try inplix for some problems with that

You got to do that by a SEPIC converter, otherwise how you can be sure that the sunlight will always be enough?
