Wheelchair motors for the drive wheels, used Sabertooth 2X32 to control them. the batteries are wheelchair batteries, 24v.

i had tried using Sabertooth 2×12, it worked, but the over current warning was constantly flashing, and that was when everything was still mounted to the wheelchair frame. The 2X32 may be more then it needs

in the future i would like to control this with my Arduino. In the past i have had Arduino controlling the sabertooth when it was still a wheelchair. I had it set up with a servo and the sonar sensor acting as a crude radar but it had the problem of not seeing things made of cloth, it got away from me many times and had a hard time avoiding hitting my legs. I will need to find different methods of object detection as i want use Arduino to control this but its not safe to have a self driving lawnmower that will run you over simply because your wearing pants.
