    I have husqvarna automower 320.My battery is stay old. i took it from mower. here 18650 1600mah vtc3 cells. i bought cells 18650 vtc6 3000mah and did same 5p2s. old bat has bms board (bq77908A). i re soldered and output of bms 7 volts. i am thinking bms is not working with new cells. how to restart/startup this bms with new cells? my be your know something ? thank you

  3. You're pumping water out of the well into the fishpond to soak back into the well?

  4. NOTE That BMS board will only top balance and it only starts balancing at 4.2 Volts, Which means you must change up to 4.2 or it will not balance the battery.

    Check your lawn mower will charge up to 29.4Volts to start balancing if it does not then that is your biggest problem and which is also why the cells will keep going out of balance. I see you have 31v going into the charger but what is going into the mower? Is there a charging board that is in the mower base station that takes the 31v and outputs a 3 stage lead-acid charge? at 28v float? 14×2 for the old lead-acid

  14. I hate these people. "why do you waste your time trying to repair and modify things?" If that was how everybody thought, wed still be using wooden wheels and our cars would be 13 horsepower that get 1 mile per gallon! The reason our world is so AMAZING and our technology is so amazing is because of guys like us who fiddle, experiment and try to fix our old broken stuff!!

    You think that grass needs mowing, mine is a foot long with all the heat and rain lately.
