UPDATE: Since MTD took over Robomow about a year ago this product has gone down hill. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of the mower has gone down hill. My original RS630 from before MTD was great and reliable, but the one after has had nothing but problems. It claims to have Alexa support. How can this be when the mower has no internet connectivity and only bluetooth. Get a Husqvarna or ambrogio instead. Look for my Husqvarna 450x to come soon.

  1. RUDE customer service !! I had previously read that since acquisition of Robomow by MTD the customer service went into the septic tank. BUT WOW !!! Just spent 20 min. on the phone with Robomow customer service. I played along as long as possible …. but it was apparent that from the first 15 seconds the service dude was out to pick a fight. Unnecessarily rude. Then …. when the guy did not understand that wire resistance decreases with larger wire diameter …. he got harrumphy. HAHAHA! I asked him if he might have fallen asleep during physics class. He said I was insulting him and he hung up. He offered zero assistance before "my insult". Be advised. I like the machine …. but do not look for help.

  4. Just FYI this company is from Isreal and yes we do have a distributor in the US and now MTD has bought the rights in the US now

  7. Garbage, Early versions worked very well. Ones with new firmware never complete the lawn. Junk. The second Robomow I bought over a year ago still sits in charger. It has never completed a single mowing cycle. Even after sending it back for repairs three times. I'd love to get back the earlier model. The firmware in it worked. This version is garbage.

  10. Love it! I've had my finger on the "buy" button for a few weeks. I think I'm going to finally click it! You mentioned you had several zones. Did you have to buy extra guide wire for the zones? If so, must they all connect in one continuous wire?

  19. Just out of curiosity what kind of safety features does this Robomow have? Like does it shut down automatically on certain situations or around children?
