  1. Great info for this. This may be just what I'm looking for to work on my DR 650 dual sport motorcycle. Thanks!

  2. thanks for the vid, bro. I have a tiny tach that I acquired 10 years ago to adjust the RPM on a commercial grade pressure washer but misplaced the directions. Recently dug it out to check the RPM adjustments on my commercial grade zero turn mower but couldn't remember how to hook it up. FYI the old tiny tach's battery is still going strong after 10 years in a box. Very impressive.

  3. Anybody know how to make a disconnect and reconnect for a tiny tac?? I have an outboard motor that i take on and off to reduce the possibility if theft. Is their a way to make a disconnect for the black wire??

  4. Does the wire need to be wrapped TIGHT around the spark plug cable? Does it work better (more accurate) thanks the tighter it is?

  5. Because the signal lead is not a twisted pair or shielded cable, it is in bad practice to parallel a signal lead with a power lead. The issue is that signal noise can be generated due to the EMI output of the power lead. In this case, it might not be such an issue, but for other signal/data acquisition purposes, this can cause issues with the data provided by the signal lead.
