The customer service with the red back is really great they made Lee sent me out a battery to test and the robot ran really well on the battery but then nothing same issue as before.

Mine from yesterday have the same issue in charging Dock constant green light saying its fully charged I click start it move 1 inch back from docking Station and then no lights in mover….. Seems to be it could be one of two reasons…
1) mover baterry is dead it can't handle keep the power after charging (witch I suspect this reason)
2)issues with charger

Im having the same issue. I just set mine up TODAY and its fully charged, hit the acres and start and nothing is happening! So freaking frustrating! Is it the charger or the mower? Please help?
I have the same issue. I bought mine from Wheat Ridge Colorado. Did you buy yours from the chicago ebay seller? I am trying to find the batch that sucks.
