Not only smart, but also intelligent are the robot grass cutter from Worx Landroid. They work reliably and get to know the garden. They do the job up to 30% faster and navigate cleverly through narrow places. Depending on the size of the plot, Worx offers you a suitable robot mower model for small gardens up to large areas of 2,000 sqm. The robot lawn mowers can be managed and controlled via app. All models are ready to use, pre-programmed and can be extended via plug-n-play. The robot mowers are equipped with the 20V PowerShare battery and the models have the innovative “Side-Charge-System”. This enables the charging station to be freely positioned and the robot lawn mower always drives forwards in and out of the charging station.

I have a relatively flat lawn that nevertheless has a number of bumps and uneven bits in it because it is a bigger, more country like lawn? allabout.wiki/WORX-WG794 After the set up, which went as smoothly as can be expected given how much I hate learning to work new tech toys, WORX got to work and did a surprisingly quiet job of getting the mowing done. While it has gotten itself stuck a couple of times, lifting the mower out of a too low bed edge occasionally is a whole lot less labor-intensive than dealing with having the mow crew come twice a month and having to pay the resulting bill.
I own an L1500 and after a year I think for a regular garden it's useless, requires human intervention several times a day. It leaves the wire with no reason then stops with error message, or gives "mower lifted" error because there's a 1cm deep pit which is normal I guess in a garden which you use or if you have a dog. Firmware is getting worse and worse with updates leading to more full stops per day. Works fine if you had a perfect garden and the cut quality is excellent but for most of us it simply does not do the job as it's not capable to work on its own. I deeply regret my decision to purchase a Landroid.
I have recently purchased an 140E I gotta say I am extremely happy with it however I am a little confused with setting up multi zones, there are two areas seperated by a fence to mow, my thinking was to purchase a second charging station and when I wanted the second zone to be mowd I would pick the Landroid up and carry it to the second station ……I kind think there is another way to do this can you point me in the right direction ??? Regards Morrie
