First successful test of my work-in-progress rev limiter.

The plot on the screen shows engine RPM. The sensor next to the flywheel is a hall sensor that detects the magnet passing. There is a solid-state relay to short the ignition signal to ground when the RPM gets too high.

What type of sensor are you using? Ordered one but incorrect trigger polarity
I plan to put it in my car wouldn't heat melt the hall sensors?
Could you pls make a schematic of the circuit?
Are you willing to share the code? I plan on using it on a pit bike engine.
