Take a look at some popular tractor modifications that happen to be some of the first modifications to my John Deere 1025r. Most of these are very easy upgrades to make to your tractor and relatively cheap. There’s a couple though that are a little unique, perhaps, far-fetched even, but that didn’t stop me! So, check out all of the upgrades I have made to my tractor so far and you can bet that this is just the beginning. 😂

If you’d like to upgrade or modify your tractor to give it your own style, then take a look at some of the products below. These just may be what you’re looking for or at least get the wheels spinning in your head on what you’d like to do to customize your tractor and make it a one of a kind. 👍

  1. Looking if anyone has any ideas where to get a winter front for the 1025R. My thought is looking at something like removing the radiator screen for the Winter an slide a sheet of plastic as a Winter front (would love it to be JD Green & what would be even sweeter if it the JD Logo laser cut in it for some air flow through the radiator). So in short anyone came across something like this & where.

  2. I love the dual rear tyres with the wheel spacers. The only thing I'd be concerned about is the added stress on the transmission, rear wheel bearings, axle and differential.

  3. I plow with a JD 54” front blade, two nine inch metal extensions ( a kit I found on Amazon) and two twelve inch rubber extensions (DIY project using truck mud flaps) on my 1026R. Read my reply comments under Allen Pynes comments (10 months ago) where he mentions leaving tire tracks in the snow with the dually wheels.

  4. hi good morning I was wondering where the switch is or how to repair the fact that that display on the 1025 R says I have to put the shift gear in neutral to start but the shift gear is in neutral Where can I locate the switch if it’s a switch to repair it

  5. i justt bought a seat cover for my 1025r i think thy should make a heated seat cover would be nice for the winter

  6. Unrelated to the video but need help with a JD 3038e. Was coming up a kinda steep hill at an angle the other day, and all the sudden my tractor stalled. It only has 70 hours on it. I turned the key off, and turned the key back on, and the engine warning light came on and was blinking red, but no code or message on dash. I was able to slowly roll the tractor back down the hill to the flat, and waited about 15 min, and was able to get the tractor started again, and get it back to the garage. But ever since then, when I turn the key to start the tractor, that same warning light comes on while the tractor is off and blinks. It shuts off once the tractor starts and i get no other warnings or indicators. The oil level appears to be full, on a cold engine, on a flat surface. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  7. I'd like to buy John Deere but can't right now because of their stance on Right To Repair; looking at Kubota instead 8/

  8. Can you do a video on rear remotes I'm in the market for a sub compact only one on the market with rear controls is rk24 John Deere dealer didn't seem knowledgeable I'm looking to buy bx23s.

  9. When I saw "Tricked out", I imagined a snorkel attached to the ROPS.
I like the fuel dispenser on the back of the pickup. Sweet set up for remote jobs.

  10. I seem to have a problem with the rear light system from getting in the way of any obstetrical at that height. Any protective bars or bolt ons to protect the lights ??

  11. Do you know if those duel tires have an issue with the warranty? I am wondering about looking at spacers, also, and had worries about them.

  12. Got the 1023 last year (first tractor ever). Should’ve gotten the 1025
