Arduino Super Capacitor Charger. This will become my car and drill battery charger. This demonstration shows the working concept of my design. I would like to make a charger for my drill battery(18volt), A 12v Car battery 2amp trickle charge and 6amp fast charge. I may include a 6volt setting too. This design will stop any over charging that I get with my drill battery charger. This will result in a much longer battery life.

  2. No not really Johnny. I can just use the atmega328 chip to make a stand alone Arduino on my final build. That will cost around £3 This is just a proof of concept. The Arduino is just a great platform for prototyping that's all.
