Ellen: Hey everybody. I’m Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we’re going to be taking a quick look at the mini momentary switch. This allows you to replace or add a switch to your accessories so you can safely operate that. Since it’s a momentary switch, it will just operate as long as you hold it down. And this is a double pole, double throw switch so that allows you two runs on the in and out. Works great for use on jacks for your fifth wheel or maybe just on the tongue of your trailer.
It’s rated at 13 amps at 125 volts AC, 10 amps at 250 volts AC, half horsepower at 125 to 250 volts AC, and 5 amps at 14 volts. It is UL/CSA and ROHS approved. As far as the size, overall, it measures about nine sixteenths by thirteen sixteenths, and then the cut out two will be about three quarters of an inch by half an inch. Overall height is about an inch if we go from the very top of the button or the switch there to the ends of the prongs. As far as what’s going to be sticking up above the surface, it’d just be about an eighth of an inch so the rest of it is about seven eighths of an inch deep.It does come in black, so you can see, and it is made in the USA. And that about does it for our look at the mini momentary switch.
I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is going to be the right part for you. We do have a lot of wiring accessories and switches here at etrailer.com along with a lot of other towing gear. So check it out. Thanks for watching.
