By DIY you can save between $1500 and $2300 if you modify your present push-mower to a radio control mower. In my design I have four key features: remote starting/kill switch, great maneuverability, live video camera feed so you can even mow your lawn while setting inside your house, and LIDAR that will automatically stop the electric motors from moving the mower deck until that object moves far enough away or you engage the LIDAR over-ride switch. Just click on the link below to find out the electronics details.

Hey Herb, Great Job! Folks, I've known Herb about 14 years now and if he says, "a piss ant can pull a freight train", you can take that to the bank, so you might as well, hook him(the ant) up. Herb is a well studied, honest man, with more projects than you can imagine.
I gotta see about hooking up a tractor to all these fancy Radio Control gadgets. I've got two pastures I need to mow during the Summertime. I just parted ways with my 8 donkeys. I'm 76 years old, my knees are wore out, and that prevents me from being able to feed and otherwise care for the critters when foul winter weather gets here.
I've had those donkeys 13 years and they kept the pastures trimmed in the Summer. Without the donkey's I'm gonna have to mow those pastures next year. I'm glad I have a friend like Herb.
Good luck, Herb, I'll see you in town.
