The current technology is frequently used to cut grass manually with a handle device.
The project’s objective is to construct a solar-powered grass-cutting machine system that is controlled via an Android application via the Bluetooth module feature.
Previously, grass cutter machines were powered by fuel or electricity, which were both expensive and required extensive maintenance.
The solar panel is used to charge the battery, eliminating the need for external charging.
Solar energy is more convenient to use, more cost-effective, and simple to operate than other forms of energy.
Solar panels enable us to harness sunlight and generate electricity for free.
Solar energy is captured and used to charge the battery for the grass cutting operation.
The machine’s movement is entirely controlled by either automatic or manual mode.
Through an android application, the Bluetooth controller controls the machine’s movement and direction.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Bluetooth control grass cutter consists of a motor, gear arrangement of a cutting tool. For this system, the power gets from the solar
panel with the respective battery. By using a Bluetooth module, forward and reverse direction can be controlled. Forward and reverse programs
are already prewritten in the microcontroller. From the Arduino controller, it is fed from the relay if any fault occurring in the electronic switches
it will rectify by using a relay operation. Finally, the dc shunt motor is connected to the cutting tool and it starts working.
