I installed a 12 volt blender motor on the broken drill machine.
It’s not as strong and fast as it used to be, but it can be used in small jobs.
You could also use 12v battery instead of adapter.

I am praying the worse thing that happens is the the little spline design at the motor shaft strips and you lose all torque and the motor will become free from the chuck assembly. Otherwise the motor is going to spin lose out of those two zip ties inside the plastic case, twist the wires until they short out and shock the living shit out of you!

Or you could just replace the brushes cause they are usually cheap and it would be less work
