In this episode, I design and build my own device that reminds to complete 6 tasks each day. Each flick on the switch is accompanied by a tiny boost in dopamine. Inspired by @Simone Giertz “The Everyday Calendar” but with 6 reminders instead of one.
The full code, CAD and illustrator files as well as the schematic for the electronics can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JT_uNP8yWYnl9HUFpKN8J3Ya1B2z1zBw

HEY! What about the "cling" sound?
This man stole my toothbrush
You need to sell this
So you like metal boxes telling you what to do?
i personally think it would have to automatically reset each day there aint no way im clicking that button
How about I’ve got so much crap to do, I know I’ll build a box to reward me for doing things. That’ll do it:)
Why did you post the schematics/parts list for the old version and not the new version? I see an Arduino Uno as the brain and not the chip mentioned.
And most of the file types are weird and my PC can't open them. Thanks for an interesting idea with no how to information.
Great video
This is pretty dumb though
S E X T A S K S
Me want box.. Take my money!
This project in particular is so cool because he uses so many skills that he's already learned in order to make this. Great job Mike and keep it up!
I really do like this project though, i kinda want this now though…
i wish i could make one of these because im messy asf and i know if i do just one of the tasks my ocd and adhd will make me want to get all of them done even more
I believe that you could speed up the design process by using Autodesk fusion 360
My dumb self thought: why does he need a drug detecter
a teenage boy's dopamine box is just a box of tissues
Poggers for God
You know what I love about this channel? The fact that Mike has done so many different videos that many viewers probably forgot about, but from them he knows a bunch of different little tricks that can be used for so many different tasks. Also the fact that he’s shown me that doing any small things I want to learn can be done if I just try.
This makes me feel bad about myself.
I feel like you should double it as an alarm clock
If you could change the sound to the xbox achievement sound, id be set
