    When attaching ticker rob material sticking straight out from sheet metal like you did for your front axles, it wold be a good idea to drill a hole through the sheet metal on center with the axle. The, as one last weld, do a plug weld though the hole. This can make the joint several times stronger that the sheet metal, and make the overall joint stronger that the base materials.
