In this video I show you how you can transform your regular sit down desk into a stand up treadmill desk for cheap. First and foremost you’ll need to buy a low profile treadmill the one I have linked above is super cheap and light. If you want to save even more money just stack books up below your keyboard and a few books under your monitor and mouse so you can type without leaning over.
