I was pretty excited about getting this Husqvarna Automower 115H Robotic Lawn Mower. My wife has been bugging me for quite some time to quit mowing the lawn and hire someone. I resisted for a long time, but when I saw the Automower, I broke down and decided to buy it!

This wonderful mower is, to be honest, more of an expensive novelty. It’s quite expensive, but it cutting your lawn isn’t your thing, then this might be for you. Husqvarna has garnered an excellent rep for making superb products and this delivers. This Husqvarna 115H Automower is super quiet and just keeps on working perfectly. Just follow the instructions carefully or go for pro install as they really know what they’re doing.

The Husqvarna 115H uses three razor blades to cut your grass. The three razor blades cut well, and your lawn is (in theory, at least) ALWAYS MOWED. No waiting and letting it get tall and then cutting it down. It is just ALWAYS PERFECT.
It can mow at night as it is so quiet and it can mow in the rain as well. One thing you DON’T want it to do is to mow when your sprinklers are running. Cause he will knock the head off your sprinkler system. Fortunately, it is easy to program his cutting times and if you can program your sprinklers, you can make sure that they never run at the same time.

IT IS BLUETOOTH which means you can only control it from about 30 feet away, and even then – no nifty tracking. You CAN (currently) start the mower from the app and I think you can tell it to go back to the docking station, but that varies when they update the app from time to time. THE 115H is NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET, so you can’t control it from the app away from home. you cannot adjust the blade height from the app, you have to twist a knob.

If you have a small yard, enclosed, and no pets, this Husqvarna Automower robot mower could be life-changing for you. If you have pets, a larger yard, and vehicles that park in the driveway, you may not be happy with the robotic mower. I believe the BEST CASE scenario for this Automower 115H is if you want to keep your fenced-in backyard mowed perfectly all the time. It is PERFECT for that scenario.

ULTIMATELY, it will depend on your EXPECTATIONS and your SITUATION. It’s best to use this in a backyard, with fences, and easy to mark borders. If you want your front lawn to be perfect and you have pets, automobiles that have to park in your driveway, then the 115H may be too basic to get the job done.

Still, this Husqvarna Automower robotic lawn mower is an amazing little machine that will save you time and effort particularly if you view mowing the yard as pure drudgery. I can’t wait until my neighbors start using this little guy!
