Which motor controllers are you using? 500W ebay ones or howerboard original board ?
been thinking to do this for some time but have not invested in motor drivers, now i see reprogramming original balance boards cicuit board to do this kinda stuff in a great budget! Awesome machine, Props!!!

I am trying to do the exact same thing. I have 30 years of RC exp.. I am lots of ESC from RC planes and boats. My question is di you buy other ESC to make this work? I tried using a couple RC non sensored ESC but the wheel seem to just stutter or moves for a second then die. Thanks great VID!!
