  3. Hello. I liked a lot of your video. I think I have the same problem with my robot. I searched to buy the bundle of cables in question but unsuccessfully. Would you send me a link from a site in which they offer it? I will be very thankful.

  5. My out of bounds error experience. First thanks for the video, sure helped getting it apart. Mine started one day about a month ago with the outside working area error. Reset it and it worked again. This went on for a couple days and then the error was permanent. Looked at the wiring harness to the front sensors and it did not look so good. Took it apart and removed the front sensor and charging assembly. I could not find any broken wires but I replaced it anyhow. While I was in there I replaced the lcd display since that had not been working right for awhile, Chinese characters or blank once it was on a few seconds. Put it back together but the same error, permanent out of boundary error, at least the display worked again normally. I think now wtf? I'm thinking maybe weak signal from the base station. Green light looked good, steady on green, flashed when I disconnected the wire, steady green when connected again. Then I decided to get a separate wire about 20m long and hooked it up instead of the permanent wire. Laid it on the ground in a big loop in the yard. Put Harry in the middle and no error and it worked like a champ, Again wtf? So I start thinking about the splices of wire I soldiered in to adjust the boundary several years ago, my wire has been in 6-7 years. Since it rained here a lot in August I'm thinking maybe one of these splices got wet through the heat shrink I used to insulate the wire and is grounding out the signal. Ripped all these places up and redid them, no luck. So now I get a box of wire and I ripped out all the original wire. One place where I pulled it up separated very easily. This spot was near where moles were digging and the wire ends looked chewed or scrapped from the moles, frayed. We have a lot of moles here in Germany and the mower keeps them out of the yard but they dig around the boundary. So it looks like they damaged the wire but not enough to cause the green led to flash but enough to cause the errors. After installing a totally new wire Harry is working just fine now. I bought my parts online at letmerepair-direct.de

  6. Perfect support here Kenneth and properly reason for 35K + views are due to the worst ever seen support from Worx Landroid Team. I have never experienced so bad support in my life, I hade Power supply unit issues (bad manufacturing quality from their side – I work in this area daily and found the reason for why their switch mode psu burned off), and then bad firmware. The last part is difficult to handle as I cannot change the fw code, but only used the released versions. Latest db504-v5.25.pck created a new problem – key 1,2 and 3 does not work anymore and PIN code was part of that. I came over the problem by rebooting again on the image and before a restart I could get the 1,2 and 3 working and changed the PIN code into something not using these anymore. Now w new problem started – whenever it has reached full charge level to Piezo speaker goes on and "beep" – approx. 20 times / hour – all night over. So now I have to unscrew the shelf as present here and get rid of the piezo speaker as the firmware does not include an option to turn if 100% off. – Worx Landroid should shame – when I cannot fix this anymore I will for sure by another product – and I have friends with same experience – bad stuff

  7. I have the display stuck on the writing "jammed press 0" can you help me?

  8. Changed the sensor sucessfully but still see two x'es that mean it's still not working 🙁 Any suggestions?

  9. Hi Kenneth. You were a life saver. Thank you from Denmark 🙂 (Klippetøff is genopstået fra de døde igen)

  10. Just wanted to say: had a problem with Landroid after rinsing the wheels with water. The keyboard stopped working. Remedy: REMOVE the battery IMMEDIATELY so that no more electricity flows and wait until everything has dried up. Then we went again. Recommendation; be careful when rinsing, especially from below. The keyboard connector should not be adequately protected against water. I will look at it when the opportunity arises and seal it accordingly.

  11. Thank you so much for at great walkthrough. You saved me 7k Danish Kroner for at new robot. Mange tak fra Danmark

  12. Thanks for this great job! But tell me please… What was the "strange things" that your robot did? Mine is slightly turning right and left just like when it find his boundary wire, but it does that in the middle of my garden, with no wire below it to be sensed by the sensor… Pretty crazy… 6 years of use.

  13. Thank you very much for your video. I was very nervous at the thought of disassembling it. But with the help of your video I got the courage to do so, so thanks for the great guide.

  14. Stort tack för instruktionen. Funkar klockrent!

  15. Hello Y try to buy this unit sensor worx wg791e.1 but, i life in the Nederlands so we can't buy. question is who wil buy for mij en send this to Nederland. we can chat first denise-j@hetnet.nl

  16. Good job! I have problem after doing all this though. It says trapped.. Do you know why?

  17. well done just looking for a way to replace my front wheels now i know how to take it apart thanks!

  18. Thanks for the video! My model is not exactly the same but I guess the procedure is similar for disassembly, in my case to be able to replace the front wheels which have detoriated quickly this year to the point of getting totally stuck. I have the WG796E model, replaced the front sensor last year without disassembling – there was enough slack in the cables to pull the contacts through the hole and unplug the old sensor and plug in the new one from the outside. It was difficult to get the seal perfectly in place for the new sensor and I will check this as well. Excellent instruction, especially regarding how to remove the height adjusting knob which would be almost impossible to guess!

  19. hello, thank you for your video, first of all, someone gave it to me because it is broken. I would like to know where i can find the exact reference ? I see yours is the WG791E, where can i check which one is mine ?

  20. Thank you for this video. It looks like there is a little space in the front corner(s) above the caster wheels. Do you think that their is enough room to place a gps tracker? Do you remember about how much space might be available? Thanks again.

  21. Thanks man. Your video saved my robot. I disassembled it and found the broken wire at the front sensor and replaced it. Now, the mower is working fine again. Great

  22. Thanks for doing this I called the service center at landroid. the service man said the only thing you have to remove is the unit four screws and pull the rubber grommet with the wires thu the hole and disconnect the old unit the connect new unit no need to take top of the landroid

  23. Hej Kenneth hvilken af fejl gjorde din Work? Min er nemlig begyndt med at skrive uden for område når den er 1 meter væk fra ledningen som går rundt i kanten af haven

  24. Great video, thanks so much for posting. Saved me a ton of time figuring out this repair on my Landroid.
