Introducing the Sanderson Steam Cycle! Named “Jenny”, this home built coal fired steam cycle was painstakingly crafted over the last 4 years to look like it could have been built in the 1920’s.

A traditional coal fired steam engine on 2 wheels! You’ve seen nothing like this before.

  1. If we get a time traveler from the 1800s, I will tell him bikes look like this these days!

  2. You're a mad genius, good sir! Love your work. Many dream but only a few put in the work to make it come true.

  3. Absolutely BRILLIANT! I have seen nothing better. It is also beautiful…..You are a "BORN" Engineer, the very best king!
Well done and thanks for sharing.

  4. just a thought for a version 2, have the exhaust split into to that utilize the steam pressure suction to blast the exhaust fumes clear out both sides, this will considerably improve your forward visibility

  5. By recycling the wasted steam output by having it run back into the boiler will raise the psi making the motorcycle faster whilst using less fuel.

  6. Put a larger boiler in a cycle trailer ,tow behind, increase power and range

  7. Put a larger boiler in a cycle trailer ,tow behind, increase power and range

  8. My only complaint about this video is that they played music while it was running. I wanted to hear what the bike sounded like with no distractions.
    It's literally perfect
Please post another video if it running without music

  9. I have no idea how steam engines work so i built a badass steam powered motorcyce. Love it!
