One of the issues that I have with my buffeting motor is that the wiring system that runs through the axle starts to come loose from the circuit board or it starts to rub loose within the axle how can I fix this wiring problem to salvage the wheel

I built my first ebike with a rigid front fork. It was uncomfortable, was a nightmare at speed and hard work on my hands and wrists. As far legalities are concerned, a 250w limit and pedal assist only are required her in the UK. My current bike is only 500w ( with a thumb throttle too ). I have seen countless police officers, with some showing some interest in my bike. I've never been stopped, as long as you are riding sensibly, they've got far more pressing issues to deal with and won't bother you. I am in my 50's though – that might have something to do with it. But wearing a helmet probably reduces the risk of getting harassed too.
