  1. I don't understand how you identified the 5v wire on the motor. Where did that 5v come from if not connected to the controller? Great video though and very helpful.

  2. I am absolutely waiting for you to mount that 40 volt motor on something so I can see how practical it is to use.
    I have many batteries and controllers but good motors are hard to come by.

  3. So this video is awesome. I have had that lawnmower sitting around for a while after getting it at auction. Well on monday I pulled the motor out for an ebike and yesterday this video get released with the exact same motor. Still eyeballing controllers and such but this helps a lot.

Combo no4 beautiful spot on perfect good teaching man this could actually save lives in many situations ie air or water pump or oxygen pump or generator or lift etc etc good job good teaching Thank you….edit… I nearly forgot and ebike power 💪 I'm glad I subbed to your channel because not knowing this knowledge could cost many trials and errors etc

  9. Just curious,if you ran combo 5 at same rpm as 4 would amps be same but you would get better speed and torque from 5,great vid,I used this process when I received my yuyang controller.

  11. wow this is exactly the process that I used to reuse an old ebike motor with a new controller! it can be allot of work but 2500km later was completely worth it
