It’s finally here! Thanks to everyone for all the support over the past few months, the response to everything is still mind-boggling. While this build isn’t done, This is the big milestone that I’m pushing for. I’ll continue to tinker with it in the future and I’m here for ongoing development, but please watch the ending of this video for more details.

Thank you so much!

Cad files and code will be here:
Cad: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4835891 **NOTE: This is a work in progress. There were almost 600 files across 5 design changes and I *think* I verified them correctly. Let me know if there’s any issues. Proceed with caution.
Code: TBD- I have some issues that I’ll go over in a later date.

  1. 20:42 if I have to speak 100% honestly THIS is the actually best part of the video.

you have all of my respect

  2. This is amazing! Have you had a chance to improve the tuning?
What performance are you getting in terms of horsepower / MPG?
It would be really interesting to see the performance compared to the stock NA

  3. Not yet thru the entire video, and I’m totally impressed. What a build. Amazing.
Looking forward to the dyno result comparing before vs after…

  4. Dude you're a genius. I spent almost an hour reading a thread about how this isn't possible for just anybody, then I came across this and you proved em all wrong! Any chance this is possible with an ls3 motor?

  5. Amazing u used the free valve technology on a Miata! Using Free valve will reduce the weight of the engine, and make it more reliable and less complicated, I hope more and more manufacturers use this technology in their engines…….I doubt this will happen as most of the companies or not developing new engines and are moving towards electrification now, but i really hope someone does work on this technology will be a pleasant surprise!…….

  6. Why don't you use Electronic Diesel Injectors, and use a separate electric Oil pump system for pressure to close valves HD truck parts are available and are make to last a Million miles. And have the hardware software.

  7. This is the perfect engine technology. I wish I could put it on my Jeep's 4.0L I6 so I could maximize its torque curve under power, and its economy when cruising.

  8. You’re an absolute savage. Upgrade the spring to a stronger one it’ll make a difference of up to 30%

  9. Its going to be a slow project do to financing but i would love to colab with you on applying this to a ford v8

  10. I'd love to build this myself, but I have no clue about engineering :/

  11. u spark my brain.

Do the valvecontrols have to be controlled by airpressure? Iam sure you perfectly valid reason for using what you are now but i just cant stop thinking about running them off an arduino with copper and voltage. I know next to nothing about pneumatics vs electrics but the stablilty of a wire compared to a vacuum or pressure hose is SUCH a better konsept for longevity and KISS.? ja?

  12. Mad props on a job well done!
Put it on a rotary as in a RX-7? I don't think you meant that…

  13. When normal talented individual recreate hypercar's tech in ghetto way . Impressive

  14. Would the low rider hydraulic dump solenoid work they are 12v the valve goes in the middle of it just a thought

  15. This is fantastic! Well done!
I remember when I first been thought what solenoid were, so I asked if it was possible to replace cams with solenoids … I was told I was an idiot …
This is a very good lesson for everyone on not giving up and to never listen to people bringing you down.

  16. Bro what if koenigsegg one day makes a cheap car with their freevalve tech to show that it's possible

  17. VIP (Very Interesting Project) and striking beautiful and imposing Guzzone (Big and beloved Guzzi bike in Italian) on the background
