My 10th and final video as part of the Husqvarna Automower® Challenge. In this video I’m giving my final review after using the 450x Automower for the previous 6 months.

In the video I review a number of different pro’s and con’s with the Automower, however as you can see there are very little cons! The Automower has saved me roughly around 3 hours a week mowing. Aside from that the lawn quality is unbelievable, no weeds or moss have a chance to grow, it’s very cost effective, easy to maintain etc. We were away for many weeks throughout the summer but that didn’t stop the Automower, every single day it was out cutting and we could even adjust the settings and timings on the AutoConnect App from half way around the world! I would give the Automower and App 10 out of 10. I’ve yet to see any other piece of robotic technology or apps that is so easy to use and without any glitches/design flaws. Well done to Husqvarna! 🙂

  1. Thanks for the review,i am looking for one, just don't know what brand I would buy

  2. It's a really great machine. Once or twice in the year is enough to change the blades if the lawn is clear of obstacles

  3. Thanks for the review. If you have to replace the blades 3 times per year at $70 per set of blades, that's a significant expense relative to sharpening blades on a traditional mower once or twice per year at $10-$15 per sharpening. Also, the batteries take electricity to charge, and since this thing seems to run in a completely random pattern, it seems like it is not a very efficient method of mowing the lawn and quite wasteful of electricity.

  4. Hi there, thanks for this. Really helpful. I have two young kids and was wondering what you think of the robot from a safety perspective ? Many thanks,

  5. Fun to watch this thing putz around the yard. Protip: cut your lawn before you install it.>>>t.co/Ep6sZTPcda  Makes pegging the stakes easier, leaves less slack in the wire, and the mower doesn't cut long grass well.

  6. Hi David, thanks for the videos, very informative. I just have a question. I have four separate lawns, two front and two back. How does it work for situations like that, if you don't have one continuous lawn?
